Class cards are used like a cash voucher and debited prior to each lesson.
All Class cards are subject to an expiration date, agreed upon in advance, but not to exceed 12 months from the date of purchase. Class cards are transferable. They are nonrefundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.
The full amount of the lesson will be charged if an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. No Exceptions.

DIRECTIONS
Depeyster Street is off of Route 9 (North Broadway), across from the Sleepy Hollow High School. Turn left at the Mobil Station, if approaching from the south (right, if coming from the north) onto Depeyster Street. The studio is located in the 4th building on the left.
